岗位：投资银行部（IBD）实习生

实习内容：

1. 研究和分析与特定公司和投资有关的财务信息；

2. 根据分析的财务编制报告和摘要；

3. 开展公司和投资层面的尽职调查活动，开发财务模型和投资委员会材料；

4. 评估现有投资组合并推荐投资计划；

5. 跟进市场发展、新的投资产品和所有其他可能影响市场的领域，例如有关国家级经济的动向。

【Job Responsibilities】

1、Conducting pre-industry research, company research, collecting and collating comprehensive information on specific industries, target companies and comparable companies.

2, to assist the investment team in project execution, including due diligence, assistance in completing professional documents required at all stages of investment.

3、Assist in financial analysis, establishment of financial models, valuation and other fundamental work.

4, assist the team in post-investment management of invested projects.

5、Other matters delivered by the project team.

【Job Requirements】

1、Master's degree students in economics and management, finance, accounting and law.

2, requires enterprising and diligent, responsible, excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.

3、Private equity investment, investment banking, brokerage fund research department, consulting firm class related internship experience.
